I haven't gone to the washroom to do number 2 in 3 days, I was going to buy some stool softeners but I totally forgot until I got home, but I do have laxative tea? Would that be ok? Wondering if anyone has tried that?

thanks

Smooth move tea?  It's excellent.  Just follow the instructions.  Many people don't.

To stay regular I do a number of things.

But one thing that I do not compromise on: about twice a week, I take Miralax. (Well, the Walmart Equate Brand equivalent called ClearLax... purple label and screw top.)

That keeps me regular. It was recommended by my clinic and I know they told me I could take it daily if I wanted to. I simply stir it into my morning protein shake and I know it'll do the job.

Wishing you luck on finding what works for you!
