Wow, that JSK protein crunch sounds good! I don't live in Canada and I've never seen it in the states. Looks like I can get it on Amazon though. Sorry to hijack your forum, but it came up as trending and I always get good ideas from the "what are you eating" threads. Thanks!

It is really yummy snack high in protein, low in carbs, good fats, low sugar. So happy to be able to eat solid stuff again!
