What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)

Morning all :)

Had a fabulous time with our Thanksgiving feast at the pub yesterday - had over 50 attend (pretty much "the regulars"), the turkey (4 of them) was perfect (after a lengthy discussion with some "helpful" woman who insisted I was "doing it wrong" - seriously I'm 46 years old, this wasn't my first turkey-rodeo, but bless your stupid heart and sure you can have seconds), and since I love cooking, especially for others, a huge ton of fun! Exhausted and home by 9:30 - what a partier I am. LOL

Have a doctor appointment this afternoon, some "stuff" to do around the house, and a solid plan to be created (I'm a great negotiator but really do find car salesmen frustrating for the most part) for my car purchase. Anyone used/heard of unhaggle.com? Thinking of using them.

Eats for today:

8.5 years post-op, long-term maintenance

- coffee with cream x 3 over the morning -

B - Source Greek 50, Premier protein shake (chocolate)

S - ham/swiss/pickle roll-ups (2)

L - 1 slice whole grain toast, 2 oz old cheddar, 2 slices bacon, sliced tomato, a little full fat mayo

S - will be out

D - crustless quiche (equal to 1.5 eggs with cheese, meat, veggies), homemade salsa

S - likely just coffee, maybe a Bengal spice fog

Have a great day!

K. :)

Looks like we were posting at the same time.  Your dinner sounds scrumptious, I have no doubt you know how to cook a turkey perfectly.  Today I have to wait at home for Sleep Country to deliver a mattress, they gave me a 9am to 9pm window, so frustrating.  Lots of chores to do.  I am so sad that I have to miss swimming today because Tuesday is the day that my ally goes to swimming and I worry about what collusion is being worked behind my back.

12 weeks post-op

B. last of the crab omelette and lots of decaf coffee with SF pumpkin spice creamer

S. Chike protein coffee and a Yoplait dessert yogurt

L. Unjury protein chicken soup with 1T fine egg noodles thrown in.

S. Another Chike protein coffee.

D. 1/2 of a Dream Everything Bagel topped with Western light cream cheese and smoked salmon

S. Fit Frappe protein hot chocolate and a Source 50 Greek yogurt

MFP totals Cals. 846, Carbs. 54 Fat 32, Protein 96

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning…sounds like everyone enjoyed their long weekend.

I’ve started going to meditation class – another tool for my ever growing toolbox. I’m hoping this will calm my mind and help me separate the wheat from the chaff … I seem to be encountering a lot of chaff these days.

Have a good day.
