Not going to be the best eats today - going to the football game tonight and I know I will have either wine or a beer with some chips...so they are included here

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
L - Egg salad sandwich
D - 1 glass of merlot
1 sausage - no bun
salad
S - 1 bag of chips - small
1 oz peanuts

Finally Friday is here! Work today and then the gym this evening. I am still crazy into lentils and loving it.

b - banana muscle milk protein shake - not bad but expensive compared to premier protein, multi, b12
s - xl decaf coffee, mandarin sf Greek yogurt...later calcium/d
l - leftover lentil and onions, calcium/d
s - protein bar

Day off from the gym today, but lots of walking planned.
B- protein coffee, 2 egg whites w/ mushroom and onions
S- 4 celery sticks w/ 2 tbs humus, 1 c pumpkin protein shake
L- Garlic and hot peppers tuna (85gr), 3 melba, 3 celery sticks
D- 3 oz chicken 2 bites potato 1/4 c turnip/carrots
S- 4 oz skim milk, tea

Good morning!
Busy work this morning sorting out dealer offers, insurance quotes, etc etc etc. I am so done with this whole process! (Whine over) Going out tonight with friends, other than that a fairly peaceful day. Have fun at the game, Barb!

- coffee with cream x 3 or 4 over the morning -
B - Source Greek 50, Premier protein shake (vanilla)
S - 1/2 an apple sliced and dipped in another Source Greek 50 sprinkled with a little granola
L - 2.5 oz leftover turkey, 1 slice whole grain toast, lots of lettuce, full fat mayo
S - Chike protein iced coffee
D - BBQ homemade burger all the fixings no bun, 1/2 cup sweet kale salad
S - coffee with cream, maybe club soda with lime
