Try Unjury.com bariatric vitamins. I use them and they are great.

Hi Shipping flat rate of 18$ and you only need one multi a day and no additional B12 as it is included. I also take the Calcium with Vitamin D (4 pills a day). Both are chewable and taste good. I usually order 2 multi and 3 calcium at a time because the shipping is 18$. Also, if by chance you get a additional duty charge, which happened to me once out of 20 times, if you call the company they will reimburse it.
Really good quality vitamins and protein is good too.

I was told no...sugars and sugar alcohols...I just found a powder citrus flavour (I take pre-natal, for the extra iron and folic acid) and its tasty and dissolves in water, target (28 pkgs) $22
I am 15 mo post op with bad levels of iron vit d and b12

They're a no. Sugar, sugar alcohols, and we don't absorb "gummy" well.
Ask your centre if you can switch to pills, that may be an option instead of chewable.
