OPTIFAST IS HARD - DAY 9

My centre doesn't allow jello :( No food t all. Just tea, coffee, broth, diet pop, and opti... oh and water. 

i would just had more ice to the opti fast to make 2 shakes out of one package (so you would have double the drinks and it will fill you up)

When it comes down to it jello lt. is really jus****er

wow diet pop? thats suprising!!  I think I'd have the jello over the diet pop because once you have the Operation..no pop at all!!!  I did 3 wks of Opti, but then humber allows 2 cups of green veggies a day. 

You can do it!!! keep your eye on the end result!! Good luck
