York Region/GTA Support Group Meeting, Sunday 10/19/14 @ 2:30

Hello everyone,

The next York Region/GTA meeting is scheduled for Sunday, October 19 at 2:30. The meeting will be held in the Craft Room of the Langstaff Community Centre at 155 Red Maple Road, Richmond Hill, L4B 4P9.

This month's meeting will be our winter/holiday Cooking Demo with Lynn & Kat! This is an annual event & is always popular, so please let us know if you're planning on coming so we know how much food to prepare for sampling. As always, we will have lots of ideas to help you through the hibernation months with sme great tricks up your sleeves should those food demons come calling.

The fee for this meeting will be $10 to cover both the room rental cost & the additional food costs. We will also have our optional 50/50 draw.

Don't forget the importance of support to your successful weight loss plan. Please make the effort to come out. You'll meet great people & get your questions answered at the same time.
