I plan on e-mailing twh tomorrow, but does anyone know if losing too fast is a thing? I am in no way complaining, I just want to make sure I am not going to hurt myself by losing too quickly. The past week and even today has been crazy.

I say enjoy it! As long as you are getting in your protein and vitamins, and blood levels are fine, why worry?? I'd be doing a happy dance for sure, and I hope to have this issue to worry about once I have my surgery
oh I'm for sure enjoying it! I've been averaging 5 pounds a week but last week was 9 with my weigh in last night and I weighed again today (which I never do) and Im already down 4 more.. I just don't want to end up sick or something..
