Hi all i am finally home...was in from Thursday-Saturday surgery went well but i wad very nauseous and didn't  have an appetite so they kept me an extra day. This gas pain is horrific something i could have never imagined i know when results start coming it will be all worth it but right now im saying i definitely wasn't prepared for such pain. I dont even feel the incision sites its just the gas. Anyways nice to be home in my own surroundings :)

Awww.... try not to worry about that, Margo. It's a different experience for all of us, you may not have any gas pain at all, never know!

Welcome home and welcome to the bench!

The gas pain can be pretty intense, you're right. Moving/walking will get that gas moving in the right direction. Rest when you need to, walk when you can, sip water constantly.

Karen :)

Glad to hear all went well. Gas was the only problem I had. I can't, don't burp never really have my whole live. I feel it coming up but it won't come out, so I wait for it to come out the other end. I did however burp 3 times yesterday. I think my body is figuring it out. Being home will really help. I drink peppermint tea it really helps with gas.
