Question time about work outs
hey folks just wanted to know what do you all eat before working out? as well as after?

I have source 50 cal greek yogurt with raspberries and 1/4 cup of Kashi go lean before and peanuts after, or the opposite depending on when I can work out.

Before a workout I'm so busy filling up on water I don't eat. the rules about eating/drinking have always confused me for situations like working out etc. and then I have a Premiere Protein Shake following every workout, I find it easier to take than actual food which sits so heavy in my stomach afterward.
Dep nods on the type of workout. Morning workouts I'm jumping out of bed, having water and off I go. If it's under an hour, just the water. Over one hour, half a banana and peanut butter. Over an hour and a half, a whole banana. Longer runs the involve more of a plan. After is protein. A shake is good :)
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
