Sooooo, I am 7 weeks out and have now lost 77 pounds. This is beyond exciting....but the icing on my non existent cake today was my weight now leads with the number 2!!! I don't remember the last time I was in the 200's. Yippee! !!

congrats!! mmmmm non-existent cake.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
