Tried the power crunch protein bars for the first time and omg they are awesome! I like that they are lighter and flakey and not too sweet. Made some spaghetti squash and delicata squash last night and both were awesome, lots of leftovers.
b - premier protein, multivitamin, b12
s - decaf coffee, calcium/d
l - rest of avocado tuna salad, meat chilli
s - key lime pie sf source greek yogurt, 3 tbsp. almonds, calcium/d, later...raspberry white chocolate quest bar
d - leftover spaghetti squash with san marzano tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, a little leftover homemade bean salad
s - probably more of the leftovers from dinner
before bed: meds, omega, vit d
