Transferring to TWH from HRRH

I just got a call from the bariatric clinic, turns out that if you're with HRRH and have not received a date yet you have an option to be referred to TWH. Everyone should be getting a phonecall this week sometime. I was given an option to stay with HRRH completely, to have my surgery at TWH and my aftercare at HRRH, or have all of it at TWH. Just a heads up to everyone else that might be waiting.

That is GREAT news for those waiting (Jax, I hope you are reading this!).

She was the first person I messaged, lol!

Jax and I made our surgeon's appointments on the same day and she drove us down to Toronto together. She's wonderful and adorable, and with a Scottish accent to boot!

Well, we all know what a sucker I am for a Scottish accent ;)

So glad to know that you and Jax are connected - nothing better than a good friend to go through all of this with.

Yeah we met on here and we live fairly close to each other, so it's nice knowing someone else going through the same steps. I'm so excited, I hope we get our dates soon.

So  nice Seyenna ! Thank you .....and you are not too shabby yourself dolly ! It is / has been awesome to meet someone and go through this journey with them , and the fact that you seem to be a kindred spirit makes it even more awesome !! 

Thank you for giving me the heads up this morning ! I really appreciate it and like you I am so excited now , the fact that it could actually be this year has me in a tail spin :) I had so resigned myself to the fact it was probably gonna be next summer , so this news today is so welcome but also gAve me a major case of butterflies !! Lol .....

P.s .....my Scottish accent wears thin after a while ....just ask my husband ! He was all charmed at the beginning ...now he wishes I'd just shut up !! Lol .....it's good sometimes tho when he still doesn't know what I'm saying !! Hahaha 

Yeah, all Scottish accents wear thin after a while, no further comment needed. YOURS however, I'm sure is "magic". ;)
