Morning all :)
Tanya, the granola recipe looks delicious - too delicious for me to keep in the house (knowing my habits, I would find that tasty mixture a little too tempting), BUT I'm going to make a batch and send most of it home with my father, who is a HUGE granola fan.
Not a lot on the go today (at this point anyway) - general domestic goddess duties, hopefully the weather is better today to get out for a long walk and into the garden to continue winter prep, have grocery shopping to do since I'm out of "stuff". Made a rather colossal mistake yesterday when making tuna pasta salad - added sweet Hungarian peppers (I thought) from the garden and since they look identical to the hot ones, didn't realize that I had grabbed a couple of hot with the sweet and OMG - afraid to eat it now. lol

The granola looks TOO good for me too. There would be nothing mindful about having that around me LOL.
I think identical spicy/sweet peppers are nice and evil at the same time. Who are you sharing your salad with? A friend, or enemy? Ha!

That would be an evil little "gift", wouldn't it. lol

The recipe looks great. I may try it but make some adjustments. Interesting presentation at TWH last night. Not what i was expecting. Again I forgot my fitbit. I will be riding home today on my bike. I also need to walk the dog so may try to remember my fitbit to at least get some steps.
