Good morning all,
I slept in until 6 am this morning...yayyyy.
Raining here, explains why I woke up with a sinus headache and stuffed up. Me day today, :)
B- Protein coffee, 1/3 c ff cottage cheese , 1/3 c Source cherry yogurt , 2 tbs hemp hearts
L-3 oz ground chicken meatloaf, 3/4 c sweet kale salad
S- tea, 1/3 c light ricotta, 1 tbs maple syrup, 1/4 c mixed berries
D- same as lunch
S- 4 oz skim milk

Ooooooh pretty! Lately I've been getting a French manicure on my toes. I hate that the cold weather is coming and no one will see how pretty they are soon. lol

Good morning all. I slept through the night because of being exhausted. Too wet for biking so I think I will go swimming. It will break up the day. My head has been all over the place on my eating. I am starting today trying to get back to figuring out what will work for me. Winter is coming and I know I will not be keeping up this level of activity so need to have less calories.

I'm glad to see I am not the only one that is up in the middle of the night! It's a rainy day here I Ottawa so I will probably not get out for my walks today. I might venture to the mall and do some inside walking as an alternative. Being only on day 4 post gallbladder removal surgery I am still in some pain ,walking is slow but steady but I need to walk if the pain let's me too
I am 11 months post Op
started my day with a decafe tea,
B - a mini small carrot muffin, two egg cheese omelette I'm only able to eat half of it and will save the other half for tomorrow's breakfast
S - yogurt will slowly drink a protein ice drink through out the day
L - Lemon chicken over Chow mien noodles
S- mixed berries topped with low fat whip cream
D- Leftover pin wheel steak spinach and Swiss cheese, so sugar Jello chocolate mousse
Ending the day with a decafe tea
Only do what you're comfortable doing, Troy. I understand your "want" to get moving, try not to overdo.
What is pin wheel steak?
