What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Another night where I woke up at 3:00 in the morning for no reason. Today it's swimming, but I am bringing a friend today. The classes are limited to 10 people and if I bring our visitor in a few weeks my evil coup to take over the warm pool will be put in place. More paperwork today and cleaning in preparation for our visitor. This poor guy doesn't know what he's in for, he can come swimming with me, I have also signed us up for salsa dancing, we will be bike riding, plus I may make him eat all my leftovers in the freezer. I think WLS has brought out my sinister side.

I hope the OA tenets are helpful to you, Pat. I understand the "rut" we are all capable of sliding into. Any tool that works can be positive.
