Twelve weeks post op
I had my first post-op meeting with the Dietician and the Behavourist today and all went very well. Need to boost my vitamin B12 & D a bit, but other than that, everything is going well. Had lots of concerns that were addressed and left me feeling relieved and much less anxious than I have been.
Best news of all? I'm down 75 lbs. :) I'm now 290 lbs. Under 300 lbs for the first time in my adult life. Yup, there were happy tears.
New shoes were bought in celebration. :)
