When can I eat salad again

Hi

i am craving salad. I am almost 4 weeks post op. When will I be able to eat salad again?

At my 1 month post op nutrition class we were told no salad until you're able to eat raw veggies...which is more like 10 weeks I believe..

At Guelph, we're told no raw veg for 3 months...At 10 weeks, I'm chomping at the bit, but I can hold out another couple weeks.
