Morning all,
Off and running early this morning....nothing planned.
What is everyone else up to?
B- protein coffee, 1/3 cup FF cottage cheese, 1/3 cup cherry yogurt, 2 tbs hemp hearts
S- Tea, sm banana w/ 1 Tbs PB
L- 1 tex mex egg muffin, 2 celery sticks, 4 cucumber slices, alittle humus
D- ground turkey something and 1/2 cup garen salad
S- 4 oz milk

Good morning Tanya,
Off on my bike to work shortly. More work on our up-coming conference. At least we finally have a registration page. Need to remember to get a liquor license. Rode pass the LCBO yesterday and realised I forgot the paper work.
I have been fooling myself recently that I am not eating that much. I am making sure I go back to my menu and fill in the slips I have been doing. No wonder I am not losing.

l left over pork stew, yogurt
s pure protein bar
d pork tenderloin, salad
Pat, little slips and tastes and bites can happen so easily. I am guilty at times of doing the same thing. Counting those, if even only in your head, does shine a whole new light on what we are actually eating. I have been surprised in the past at how much they add up over a day!

I woke up with a very sore throat this morning. ZIZZLER, YOU GAVE ME YOUR COLD DAMMIT!
Continued car research today - my gawd there is a lot to learn about this whole process. I now know that I was woefully unprepared when I purchased cars previously. This time I am going in with a ton of knowledge before buying - much like the need to go into WLS prepared really. lol
Anyway, onto the eats - rough outline as I do feel pretty crappy. Off to the store to get some fresh ginger root for ginger tea.

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -
B - Source Greek 50, Premier protein shake
S - crustless quiche (muffin size)
L - half small garden sweet pepper stuffed with chicken salad, 2 melba toast
D - Sheppard pie (1 cup approx.)

Good morning everyone. I was out the door very early this morning. Swimming done, I was accused of working too hard in my swim class by some of the ladies. My response, "that's why we're here, to work hard. That's why we pay the money for a good workout" Lots of paperwork to do today. I may just haul it all outside on the porch and enjoy some of the last good weather.
9 weeks post-op
B. I poached egg with 1.4 oz of smoked salmon, 1 T Hollandaise
S. Chike coffee, plus I had one before swimming
L. 1/4 Zesty Italian Flatout pizza with turkey pepperoni, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and lots of fresh basil.
S. Syntrax fuzzy navel (I swear the tub of this stuff is getting bigger, not smaller)
D. Blackened shrimp and peppers, onions and tomatoes made into a soup. Maybe a dollop of lf sour cream on top.
S. Greek 50 yogurt mango pineapple.
