Good morning all,

Off to work and then home for chores, laundry, grocery shopping, etc,,,

B- protein coffee, 1/3 cup FF cottage cheese 1/3 cup Source cherry yogurt, 2 tbs Mary Jane

S- small banana w 1 tbs PB

L- 3 oz chicken burger no bun but all fixingd 1/2 cup garden salad

D- CloverLeaf garlic and Hot Pepper tuna w/ 2 melbas, 4 cucumber slices and 2 tomato slices

S-1/2 cup FF cottage cheese, 4 oz skim milk

Good morning :)

You were up early this morning, Tanya! Hope you are having a good day at work. I am going car shopping today with my dad and I am laughing at myself at how excited I am. Imagine a kid in a freakin candy store. lol Likely have lunch out and no idea where; the good thing is I can always find *something* that's reasonably healthy so not worried about it. Unless we stop at a chip wagon. Then there is trouble. ;)

8.5 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 2, Source Greek 50 vanilla, half small banana with peanut butter

S - crustless quiche (equivalent to 1.5 eggs with cheese, meat, veggies)

L - no clue

S - Chike protein iced coffee, later: half small banana with peanut butter

D - 2 oz chicken breast, 2 oz pork tenderloin, quarter baked acorn squash, broccoli salad

S - decaf with cream x 2

Bought some organic garlic, spaghetti squash, and zucchini at the farmers market.  Also sat and talked over a cup of decaf coffee for about an hour, nice an relaxing.  Feeling a lot better today, less sneezing and only periodic deep coughing, which for me is usually a sign I am close to being well.  I used up 2 heads of garlic over 2 days and I think it did help my immune system fight the infection.  Also took a nice eucalyptus bath this morning and it was lovely.  I was cleared to take baths on Thursday so it is my first bath since surgery.  Lovely!!!  Going to take it easy today, stay warm and eat hot food with garlic just in case my cold have the idea to make a come back :0)

b - premier protein shake, multivitamin, b12

s - 1/4 quest bar, sf grapefruit drink, calcium, decaf coffee

l - fish patty with a little tartar sauce, cheese slice, no bun

s - apple slices with whipped peanut butter, cinnamon

d - organic spaghetti squash with meat sauce and mashed raw garlic

s - 4 extra lean meatballs with ketchup and saracha sauce for dipping
