All set to start my 3 weeks of Opti tomorrow

Picked up some Broth, Beef, Chicken and vegetable, Sugar free Jell-O and sugar free flavor shots to alter the Opti if I choose, got a cup with a lid and straw to help with the smell....3 weeks from tomorrow I will be in the hands of Dr. Mamazza I love all the positive things I have read about him!....Deep breath here we go!!

Have fun with the opti.... I did not have an issue at all with

It.. I'd rather have that now then the protien shakes have to drink...

Surgery will be here before you know it... and Dr. Mamazza is great.
