Everyone goes through this.  Just keep following the program and it will come off.  You may also notice other things, like a bit more room in clothes during this period.  The weight gain could be anything from fluid retention, TOM, Time of day, or muscle build.  Or even BMs can make false weight gain.

You can increase your activity, and make sure you are getting enough protein and water in. It might help break it a bit.

I seem to stall all of the time for  anywhere from 9 - 11 weeks at a time. Then I lose 1 - 5 lbs, then start my 9 - 11 week stall again. I am only 10 lbs from the goal set by the bariatric clinic but would  like to lose 10 - 20 more than they suggested since it still leaves me with a BMI of 30.
