OHIP, start to finish.
Mine started in November of last year and my surgery date is October 21. It would have been early but had to postpone due to moving... This rest of the dates are in the signature. Don't be afraid to call the centre after you have confirmed you referral has been received.

How do you know your referral has been received? Do you get a call from OHIP? Or your family doc?
Is there a general number to call?
I'm so confused...lol

softballqueen: depends on where you're going. I'm going through St. Joes, Hamilton. ( I am in London, Ont. ) It's the weight loss centre who calls/mails as to when your orientation is.
Again, the centre you go through is all dependant on your postal code.
