Well might as well jump in and give this a shot!
9 weeks post op
Breakfast:
Quest bar (chocolate chip cookie dough - OMG!)
Decaf coffee
Morning snack:
12 natural almonds
Lunch:
3/4 cup Mediterranean chicken & beans
1 Ryvita cracker
Afternoon snack:
85 g can of Cloverlead flavoured tuna
1 Ryvita cracker
Supper:
Probably a few cucumber slices
2 oz low fat feta cheese
3 oz braised chicken breast
Evening snack (if needed):
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese with siracha
Afternoon all :)
Not sure what's up with me but I've been "tired" and low energy for almost a week, almost like my get-up-and-go got up and left. Starting tomorrow I'm going to force it back. Two doctor appointments today, a couple of errands to run and maybe (hopefully?) take a car for a test-drive, we'll see. Garden work late afternoon - really have to get that started/weeded/re-arranged/planted.

B - Source Greek 50, Premier protein shake
S - missed it
L - crustless quiche, large scoop of homemade salsa
S - Chike protein iced coffee, later: 2 oz old cheddar, 3 melba toast, dill pickle
D - 3 oz pork tenderloin, 1/3 cup roasted sweet potato, green beans, a little gravy
S - not sure yet!
