That Opticrap is the beginning of your new life. lol.. I was on it for 3 weeks as well, but I actually was one of the few that didn't mind it. I miss it sometimes. The first few days is the hardest once you get past those it will fly by, small price to pay. Good luck!!!

I loved Optifast. I miss it so much!!!  Was so easy, didn't have to plan anything...just grab and go. It will go by fast, and before you know it it will be your turn.

The first 5 days were rough for me but after that it got easier.  What helped me was having some broth in the afternoon and for dinner. I am not a huge fan of sweets so having something savoury was a real treat. I tried mixing things up with the broth, different brands, adding some spices, etc.  I think the saltiness also helped.  Also crunching on sf freezies and sf popsicles sort of gives the feeling of chewing if you feel you need that. Try mixing in ice, extracts and decaf coffee to change the taste of the opti. I really liked opti pudding with ice and less water in my blender, felt more like solid food than just the liquid all the time. Make a visual chart that tracks your progress on the shakes so it does not feel endless and you can see how far you have come.  The nice thing about opti is that it is very simple as your choices are limited.

that is a good name for it.   Good luck and it is worth it.  I hated the chocolate but vanilla was okay with flavouring added, I drank it very quickly.

I'm with the majority of the posters on this. I loved it.  It was so easy! I missed it so much in the beginning!  Heck of alot easier to drink then choking down the protein shakes!

Good luck on your journey!
