Does anyone know if there is still a monthly support group in London ontario?

Hi all! 

I was mandated by my clinic to attend one group meeting prior to surgery. I have the sheet with the info they provided back in April at the orientation, however, the website is no longer valid. 

Any info would be appreciated.
