SUPPORT GROUP Mississauga West/Oakville

Are there any support groups in the Mississauga Oakville area? I live at Erin Mills and the QEW and do have a car. 7 years ago, I used to go as support for one of my friends, in Hamilton. I'd like something closer to home.
