Are there any out there that we can replace the shakes with?

I am also on pureed and after the first week home I couldn't stomach the creamy protein shakes anymore. I didn't even like premier protein shakes that most seem to enjoy. I switched to roadside lemonade syntrax nectar that I got online but, have you checked out popeye's for different flavours of protein shakes. They apparently have fruity flavours and are always willing to give you some samples to try before you buy. It might just give you a bit more variety if you are having the same problem I was. I am drinking 2 8oz shakes a day and with food today I will get in 90g of protein.
I am on pureed too. Get some unflavoured bulk whey protein powder from the bulk barn and add it to just about any food, 2.5 tbsp gives you 30g protein - bam! Good deal as you can just buy a little to try. I am not a huge fan of premier shakes but they are portable and effective. What I do is I try to get 60g protein in in the morning or very latest early afternoon, then I can relax a little in the evening and know that any further proteins are a bonus.

I started using protein bars at about 4-5 weeks post-op. I use the Premier Protein Bars from Costco. I eat half at a time and only use them if I am on the road or something like that. I don't use them everyday.
