the psychological stall :)
I'm officially 6 months out from surgery and have been stuck on 98 pounds for last 2 weeks. I'm well aware of stalls, but am beginning to think mine happen when I am close to a big number. It happened at 50 pounds, 75 pounds and now at 100.
I'm doing everything I should be so I'm not stressing in the slightest, but am curious if others have had the same experience.

Hi I am 4 mths out and have stalled at 191-192 for two weeks now also. I stalled near 203 and then quickly went down to 191/192. Now seem stalled again. My thoughts on this is that as we reach our goal weight (mine is 170) that it gets harder and harder or it stalls every ten pounds or so for our body to adjust.....not quite sure but I find it less frustrating now then when I staled in the 200's. I think stalls are part of the process that allow our body time to adjust....

Kelly

I'm also about 4 months out, and stall fairly regularly, though it's always started up again. I've definitely lost inches, though, which is a consolation :)

I am just over 6 months out as well. While mine hasn't stalled, it's slowed. Which I knew would happen. When I went for my 6 month check up yesterday, the dietician suggested I up my protein as she things I may not be getting enough.
I'm only about 20 pounds from goal. So it may take me a little while to get there...but I will!
Keep up the great work ladies and good luck!
