Just picked up my optifast...but......

Hi all I just left Dr Huynh office, super nice both him and the staff there...i signed some paperwork and bought my optifast. ..his assistant/receptionist explained that they don't have any dates right now to to funding from the government.  The hospital is waiting on their money lol before they give the surgeons there time slots. So now the waiting game. I am waiting for the date to go do my pre-op stuff at the hospital blood work and such, plus waiting for a surgery date and then obviously the start date for optifast.  Curious if anyone else is in this position, or was in it. Let me know an approximate time from this stage.

I bet I was at the office the same time....I wasn't sure about asking if you were there for a surgery date but once you went up to window I knew it was you but I got called in before you came down .... I had to leave  the office without a date back on  April 10th ....signed for surgery and didn't get called until late June..had to start opti on July 24 and then surgery on aug 7th... Hope you hear sooner

I went to see Dr Sohi July 25 and was told the same thing. 

Got there around 10.30 ....three of us walked in and sit in first seat as you entered the area...
