support group ALMONTE
Anyone interested in a support group in Almonte???? thinking of starting one and wondering about numbers. I am 5 yrs out and struggling at times, non compliant with my eating,drinking exercise etc. living the good life arghhhhhh was hoping by meeting with others I could whip my butt back into shape and others could learn from my mistakes. take care everyone
