NSV to share

I had a few great NSV😃

On the weekend my family were sitting around the kitchen table with my aunt and the only chair left was my arm chair. I NEVER sit in them because I don't fit very well (really hurt and squishes my hips) I didn't want to ask anyone to trade so I thought I would just bear it and...I FIT!!!!! Since surgery I have also been able to wear my rings again and have gone Down 1 size in pants and 2 in shirts the only sad part is I have probably gone down 2 cup sizes too.

Just for the info I had surgery on July 17,14 and did 18 days of Opti prior to surgery. My total lost is 42 lbs now and I'm thrilled to say the least😃😃

I love these moments...so many of them as you lose weight.  My favourites so far are being able to shop in non plus sizes, fitting into chairs and or small places  and when others don't recognize me and then have that aha moment when they realise it is me......

I don't care what the scale says, it's moments like these that truely show off the rewards of our hard work.  WTG!
