Update -6mths

  I have not posted since I have had surgery jan 20,2014. I am loving my life after surgery I have no regrets. I went yesterday to TWH for my 6mths check and they were very pleased with my process .  I was a size 22 and now I wear size 12  . I love that I can walk into regular store and buy off the rack without trying on . H&M is my new favorite store. I remember people posting before I had surgery and had said this was a tool and that is so true . You need to know how to use this tool that are given to get the results. I don't feel like I am on a diet instead I feel this is my new way of living a healthy life .
