Good morning everyone! I’m baccckkkkk!!!!

Vancouver was fantastic. I managed to lose 8 lbs while I was there. I have a lot of work, and appointments to go to, before school begins in September. My main goal is to schedule my walks/exercise and me-time just like any other appointment. I’m hosting a family BBQ on Friday and I'm so looking forward to seeing all of my nephews and their children. I’ve got a bunch of shopping and prep to do before then.

Good Morning.  Libra glad you enjoyed your Vancouver trip, I have only been once, but would gladly go back again it was so beautiful.  Hubby is going to see his parents today and I'm trying to decide if I want to join him.  On the one hand it's an outing, on the other hand it's dealing with my MIL lol.

3 weeks post-op full fluids

B. cream of wheat with Coffeemate sf french vanilla creamer

S. 1 Greek yogurt

L. 1/2 cup mushroom and spinach soup

S. 1/4 cup watery hummus

D. 1/2 cup roasted tomato soup

S. didn't finish the protein icecream yesterday so will have that today

Welcome back. Scheduling your exercise (and me-time) is a great way to wiggle it into everyday life. I do most of my exercise at the crack o' dawn, so that life doesn't get in the way. Today i'm glad that it's spinning at lunch, because it was dark and rainy this morning (Still is). 

3.5 years post RNY - marathon training. Cross-train day (spin class)

B: goat yogurt mix

S: laughing cow and ryvita

L: spinach and turkey meatball and kale salad

S: quest bar

D: pork tenderloin and corn salad

Totals are low for me, so i'll throw in something else somewhere

Cal: 930 Carb: 79 Fat: 37 Protein: 106 Fibre: 32 Sugar: 5

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I wish I had your consistency and dedication towards exercise...so far...walking and yoga is as good as it gets. Any exercise is better than nothing. I started off slow (well, slow for me), and worked my way up.

D- 1 egg muffin w/ 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 sl weigh****cher ww bread toasted 3 times.
