OK, I am fairly new here, so this may have been discussed plenty of times, but wow, what an amazing site! I can't wait to utilize all her great recipe ideas. What an inspiration!

If you haven't yet seen this blog, please check it out. Great tips for eating after RNY. Just awesome. Has anyone here tried out the recipes?

Yep! I am pretty sure most of us, if not all of us, have used Eggfaces recipes! Good and easy foods for every step of the way :-D

Egg bites....I need to make some again.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

This is an excellent site, agreed. I make my own version of "egg bites" (thank you Shelley!) about once a week. Wealth of information there for sure. :)

where us twh I was referred mast aug. letter for orientation in sept. orientation February 2014 letter for clinic appointment in May appointment not till October 6 huge difference in wait times
