The only problem I see with this is it wants you to have less protein to get better breath. Our diet is all about getting in as much protein as possible. After surgery I very seldom had a breath problem. It tends to happen with opti.

Interesting. The only problem, as Pat eluded to, is that the calculator is based on what "normal people" eat (normal meaning haven't had weight loss surgery). I eat very high protein low carb and I don't have a problem with my breath. Well, not that I've noticed or anyone has mentioned. lol

I just use those sf Listerine strips when it gets too bad...
