It took me a few weeks to wake up in the morning with the mask still on my face. Now I can't sleep without it. I am also a stomach sleeper, I prop my arm under my head so my mask doesn't get squished....good luck, you will learn to love it once you get a good nights rest :)

I am a stomach sleeper too. I use a feather pillow and it helps.  It did take me a while to get used to it

I hated mine. I used it for hours during the day, everyday, and after almost 6 months gave up. They prescribed sleeping pills that helped me get to sleep but I'd wake up in the middle of night and not be able to get back to sleep. I've never slept and felt worse. That being said  most people say it's been a godsend for them - they sleep and feel great. I hope you're one of the lucky ones.

You will get used to it. Hated mine for awhile. Then got attached to the bugger. I missed it when it left my life. LOL It was like a security blanket somehow. BEST sleeps using it!
