My body is wiped today.......going to catch up on a little paperwork and rest.....off very early tomorrow for a 2 day tournament in Michigan....out for dinner this evening which is the last thing I feel like

Glad you are resting today. Hopefully your foot will begin to heal. Saw the movie Lucy yesterday. Interesting concept. I enjoyed it. Great special effects.
Back to work today. Hopefully will be busy. I have already cleared out the junk e-mails. I get my own e-mails plus the department ones. So ofter I get double junk mail. It is suppose to rain only this morning so I am taking my bike to work to ride home. My husband is driving me to work this morning. t
Tracy had posted about balsalmic reduction on tomatoes. I found one called balsalmic cream. The nutritional label seemed fine but I forgot somehow to read the ingredients. The first time I had it I really enjoyed it. I had a reaction the next morning with a clean out but didn't realise that is what did it. So had a bit more at lunch. That reaction also included cramping and was swift. So I finally looked at the label. guar and xanathan gum. I will see if I can find one with less chemicals but will stop using for now. Or could use it as a laxative LOL

A rest day sounds like a good idea Barb. I hope your toes start to feel better too.
Off to work soon for me. It will so nice to come home all week and have dinner with DH! I will appreciate it this week as he will be back in Windsor next week again :(

Barb, glad you're getting a day off before heading out again! Keep those toes up. Pat, the fine print will getcha every time. ;)
Have been up all night which usually means I'm in for a high-energy day and will completely crash at about 7:30 PM. lol Have a couple of appointments today, need a mani/pedi too, meeting some friends later for coffee, and then I'm pretty sure it's bedtime!

Back to my regular routine today after a carb-o-licious day yesterday.
B - coffee with cream x 2 over the morning, iogo 0%
S - Chike protein iced coffee mixed with milk and cold coffee, a few tiny tomatoes from my garden (sweet and neat, whatever that is.... they're all different friggin' sizes!)
L - small whole wheat tortilla stuffed with 3 oz chicken breast, 1 oz jalapeno Havarti, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, tzatziki sauce
S - not sure, will be out - I may bring a Premier protein shake
D - 3 oz chicken breast, veggie stir fry
S - likely just decaf with some cream

It surely does! I have quite often been using the Blue label tzatziki salad dressings in lieu of actual tzatziki - equally as awesome tasting, both the PC and Irresistibles.

Good morning everyone. Went to the movies with the hubby last night. We saw Guardians of the Galaxay (his pick) which wasn't bad, there were a few laughs. Hubby ate popcorn and I drank a protein shake.
