4 days post-op, still in pain ?

just wanted some reassurance. I read Mexico forums when people go shopping next day and fly home the day after. I am still nauseous and very weak and have  major pain in the main incision. I can barely walk around backyard

Sorry to hear you are in so much pain. Everyone responds to and heals from surgery differently. You don't mention what type of surgery you had or if you are on any pain medication, but if you are concerned don't hesitate to call your centre for advice. Walk a little when you can, rest when you need to and if pain meds were prescribed, consider using them to help you through the worst of it.

Don't compare yourself to others! Listen to your body and don't pu****  Hope you are feeling less pain soon! 

Allow yourself time to heal, could take up to 2 weeks.  Be on top of your pain meds, but still voice any concerns with your RNY Nurse.
