Finally on the list for surgery

Everyone,

I am so excited, after my first meeting at Guelph in January, I have been signed off by all staff, just had to get hooked up to my CPAP, now I am on the list for surgery. Kinda happy too, that with diet and behavioural changes, have lost about 20 lbs since January! Found out I am not an emotional eater, just making dumb choices, and eating too much...learned to love fresh fruit, peanut butter, and boiled eggs are my friends. And water, lots of water...clinic says my next call will likely be in September for a nutrition class for post op.

Congrats! I am looking forward to being through the appointments and being cleared, I am sure it feels great. And congrats on the weight loss, and diet changes as well! On your way to your new life now!
