Progress update

Hello everyone, 

I just wanted to share my progress with everyone.

On October 16th , I had my RNY with Dr, Jamie Cyric at TEG.

Let me tell you the last 9 months have not been easy , if anyone ever tells you that surgery is taing the easy way out, do me a favour and kick them for me!

Nothing comes without hard work, and don't expect success if you are not willing to work for it, no one gained weight overnight, so don't kid yourself with high expectations of it melting off at a speed of light rate.

My life has changed for the best in so many ways, I am more active with my 4 kids, I can walk up stairs without losing my breath or seeing stars, I can shop at regular stores, I went from a size 24/xxl to a size 8-6/m-s.

I was always a happy person, I am just a better version of myself.

If I had to do this all over again , I would do it in a heart beat!

SO GOOD to hear from you Cleidy!!  You Look AMAZING!! ( I haven't seen you since our 1 Month group followup meeting) Wow you are doing so well. Your surgery was the day after mine and you are so right!! these last 9 months have been HARD WORK but I wouldn't change one bit of it for the success that is the result.

Thanks Kerry, I have been so busy with kids and work that I didnt have time for much life outside of that, you look AMAZING as well, wow! Great Job Kerry !
