It's like a fall morning out there today, I am not ready for fall yet. We haven't had summer yet!!! :(
Not much going on today, off to work shortly.
What is everyone up to for the day?
B- 2 slice chicken bacon, 1 sl weigh****chers ww toasted 2 sl tomato, protein coffee
S- 1 cup protein shake
L- 3oz greek turkey burger ( no bun), 1/2 a tomato
S- pure protein bar
D- 3 oz greek turkey burger (no bun) 1/2 cup cesaer salad (no bacon no croutons)
S- 1/2 cup skim milk

Yesterday morning AND this morning feel like fall, you're right Tanya! Boo. Have to get my propane tank filled and pick up a few groceries - I *think* my son is coming today/tonight? for his birthday, which was yesterday. His appearance, as always, is questionable. lol Oh to be young and be able to do whateverthehellyouwant. Happy Birthday to NewMe2.0 today too!
Not sure what else I'll be doing other than daily weed-monitoring and tomato picking, baking brownies for Jesse, and I'm going to attempt rhubarb salsa with rhubarb from my neighbour's garden (YES, he gave it to me, I didn't steal it lol).
Anyway... lunch and dinner may be reversed depending on what time Jess gets here.

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, iogo 0%, Premier protein shake
S - Mexican crustless quiche
L - 1 C chili, 1/4 C shredded cheddar
S - Chike protein iced coffee
D - BBQ homemade burger (veggie for J), 1/2 bun, all the fixings, sweet kale salad, cob of corn with a little garlic butter

Good morning everyone. Todaywe are waiting on a city worker to show up. This is the third attempt and she changes the time at the last minute, when I complained she said she's sorry her schedule is inconvenient for me. Where are the sharks with lazer heads when you need them lol.
1 week post-op full fluids
B. 1/3 cup cream of wheat with 1T Coffeemate cream Sf, and 1T SF maple syrup
S. 1 Iogo dessert yogurt
L. 1 cup strained PC Thai chicken soup
S. 1 SF Ff TCBY frozen yogurt smallest size if they still have this
D. 1 cup tomato/roasted red pepper soup with 1 scoop protein powder. Willadd some powder to the lunch soup as well.
S. Maybe another yogurt or protein shake.
Last night I tried some Clamato juice and had no issues, which means when hubby and I go outto a place with live music, he can have ribs and beer and I won't have to order jus****er.
Oh, those city workers, eh? Such a pain in the ass.
