GB Surgery 6 years after RNY

Hello Everyone,

Wondering is any of you had Gallbladder surgery at least 5 years after RNY surgery.

If so, was it difficult to find a surgeon to perform the surgery after having RNY?

Did you lose much weight with the surgery?

I'll answer but my gallbladder surgery was 2 years after my RNY which was 8 years ago. No, there was no problem in finding a surgeon to do the gallbladder and no issues with the surgery due to the RNY. I didn't lose any weight from the gallbladder surgery (other than maybe the couple of oz the gallbladder weighed?).
