TMI but Diarrhea question

Diarrhea can be very dehydrating, so be sure that you are getting lots of water in to replace the fluids you are losing. If it persists for more than a few days or you have more symptoms be sure to contact your centre.
I agree with the water intake. Diarrhea can cause dehydration quickly and increasing your water intake may help.
Also G2 (not regular Gatorade) may help to replace any lost electrolytes. My centre recommended that.
The only other thing that I did to help with bowel issues was to add Inulin Fibre to my liquids for awhile and as necessary. It's a soluble fibre that is clear and you can stir it into any liquid that you drink. It was sold as Benefibre, but I can't find that in Canada now, so I go to Shopper's Drug Mart or Walmart and get their store brands. But before you do, check with your centre to make sure this is okay.
For that matter, check with your centre anyway. They may have good suggestions and ideas that will help you. It cannot hurt to ask. Good luck!
