What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)
Today there is a teenager in our home. Ross' son turned 13...lord help us all! :-) Then we get another teen in a year and a half, and then another the next year, and another the next year.
I might start buying wine by the case.
Anywayzzzzzzz
Spin class today, birthday celebrations tonight. Ice cream cake and homemade pizza....these are a few of my favourite things....sigh. Should I attempt the cauliflower crust? Or just eat the guts? Any other thoughts for crust?
B: Goat Yogurt mix
S: americano misto
L: pulled pork and quinoa
S; laughing cow and these thin potato crisp thingies for the crunch (30 cal for 4, I think...which makes sense, because they don't taste like much)
D: some sort of pizza toppings, undecided crust :-)

Ahhhhh... the teenage years. Truly a JOY.
Your menu isn't very carb-heavy today. If it were me (not you, me) I would make the crust thin and just enjoy a piece as a treat. It fits into your daily totals ok I'm sure. OR..... what about Brok's Pizza recipe? This is truly to die for delicious. Brok's Pizza

Ross is excellent at making a thin crust pizza. We'll just load it up so i'm full. I'm spinning today, so I should have more carbs....that's true. :-)

The cauliflower crust is really good. I think I posted the recipe with a pic of mine on the recipe group. It's super easy and pretty tasty. I like it better than Brok's and way less fat than Brok's too. For one day, what about just having the regular low crust one, not like there is a lot of breading on the thin crust anyway.
Yep. I will do the thin crust tonight. I'll try the cauliflower one sometime. I keep meaning to :-)
