"Chike"
Comparatively speaking, it may be a little carby (9g) but it meets your loose guidelines you were given. I compare everything to Premier protein shakes, which are 160 calories - 30g protein - 5g carbs - which make them a superior source of protein, in my (not so) humble opinion. Chike iced coffee is 130 calories - 20g protein - 9g carbs. One per day likely would be fine, wouldn't hurt to ask your surgeon's office. :)
Edited to add: I've never had a Dunkin Iced Coffee (Canadian here!) but I find it every bit as tasty as Tim's!

I love coffee and have been wondering about Chic****d coffee it looks so yummy. I noticed the carbs were almost twice what my clinic recommends but then I noticed the caffeine and thought I wouldn't be able to drink them for sure. How far out would a person have to be before this would be safe to drink. They said no caffeine but I didn't ask if it could be reintroduced later? Thanks
Lisa
Centres seem to vary these days, but the general rule seems to be 6 months. At the time of my surgery (many moons and a lifetime ago) there was no caffeine-free guideline. I never gave up coffee and still drink it. I've also had no difficulties with it, so I shall carry on! :)
