Morning all :)
Another beautiful day out there! Substantial walk in the plan for this afternoon - my knee and hip are being whiny, I'm hoping to go far but will have to see if they behave themselves. Dr. appointment this morning, domestic goddess duties as assigned for the rest of the day, cards tonight with Andrew.
Congrats to Tanya on getting the job she applied to! Thank you to Barb for the decaf suggestions - both are excellent!

B - coffee with cream x 2, iogo 0%
S - Mexican egg bite (muffin size), slice of watermelon
L - 1 slice whole grain toast, 2 oz cheddar, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, a little blue cheese dressing for dipping the veggies
S - Chike protein iced coffee
D - BBQ chicken breast, BBQ veggie skewer

Good morning,
Started my day with a 6 am Bikram hot yoga class. I have never done that before, and I think i'll do it again. Bikram is a lot like my ironman. All through it I say how much I hate it and i'll never do it again....and then i'm signing up for more torture afterwards lol. Spin class at lunch with my tri coach/friend Kerry :-)
B: goat yogurt mix, coffee with cream
S: cherries and 1/2 premier protein shake
L: other half of shake and chicken and veggies
S: unsure
D: unsure...whatever Ross makes for me....Last night I prepared chicken breast, stuffed with feta cheese and asparagus, and wrapped with BACON....we love our bacon. There is usually something with bacon once a week.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
I like to use the expression, "Bacon makes it better!" :)

Good morning Karen. Yes Tanya I am glad you got the job. That was pretty fast. I am only posting breakfast. We are leaving at noon for Niagara Falls. To see a concert by a really old band called the Spinners. Most of you are too young to remember them LOL. We are stopping at the new outlet mall in Niagara-on-the-lake. Must not over spend! I have no idea what I will be eating from Lunch until we come home but will try to behave.

What beautiful day! I am hitting the pool today... I go 50 very active minutes yesterday!!! I was excited to see that as I have been trying to up it for the last week!
Not too much happening today, house chores and stuff, meeting a good friend for birthday coffee this afternoon. And waiting for DH to get home tonight. Oh and dog walks, it seems to be working for his weight issuse :)
B- 1 mexican egg muffin, protein coffee, 1 sl weigh****cher bread toasted x2
S- 1 source yogurt, 10n frozen grapes
L- 2 oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese
S- coffee at Tims
D- 3 oz haddock baked, 1/2 cup sweet kale salad w/ dressing.
S- I think a Chike drink :)
