Good morning everyone. I was surprised no one started this yet. Had fun in Niagara Falls. Did a lot of walking Friday but not much yesterday since we were driving home. Bought too much fruit but it is so fresh and good.Carbs will be a little high due to fruit

B greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

L deli turkey, cheese, tomato

S blueberry smoothie

D hamburger, tomato, cabbage salad S cherries

Cal 1054, carb 97.4, prot 101.6

Afternoon Pat! :)

I slept in a little today (totally unlike me) and was treated to a fabulous brunch a la Andrew - I do love a man who can cook. And doesn't F up my kitchen too much. lol Really lazy day so far - I thought it was going to rain all day and had planned on a Dexter marathon - now I feel a little guilty that I wasted the day - OH WELL. Not guilty enough to go jog or anything crazy ;)

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the day, iogo 0%

S - Chike protein iced coffee

L - eggs, sausage, potatoes/onions

S - handful of grapes, another Chike iced coffee (Sadly I'm running out, time for a new order)

D - leftover 1/2 hamburger w/ 1/2 bun, cob of corn

Where do you order the chike coffee from?... that sounds like a perfect solution for my current breakfast issues.

I order it directly from Chike (in Texas) from their web site: http://chikenutrition.com/

You'll have to phone them as Canadian addresses don't work on their form. :)

Hi ladies, where did the day go??? Busy all day long, but not really getting anything done. I did manage to get a 45 minute swim in :)

Sounds like everyone had a good weekend :)

 

B- 1 mexican egg muffin, protein coffee.

S- small banana 1 tsp peanut butter

L- snacksize tuna in lettuce wrap

D- 3oz roast chicken 1/2 cup sweet kale sale

S- 1/3 cup greek yogurt w/ handful blueberries
