My go-to food is chicken and cheese but I'm eating all meats except bacon/sausages (things that have a lot of grease makes me nauseous) Cheese is my instant snack and eat a lot of mixed garden salads. Fruit especially melons are too sweet and again doesn't sit so well with me. had cherries for the first time and the first day great tried a couple more the next day and nope cramps again. So wild how the body reacts from day to day. I will be 9 months post op next week and have lost 143.7lbs I choose not to eat rice, pasta or breads and don't miss them.
