Week 3-4-5 Stall
Hello Everyone,
Just need some advice... I had a VSG done on May 24th. I have been stalled for the past three weeks with no weight movement. I know how important it is not to look at the scale, but there has been move movement in a while. Does anyone have any great stall busting tips? I am focusing on protein and trying to get my water in. Water is my nemesis. LOL Thanks so much!
There are no "stall busting tips" at this stage - so many reasons the scale hasn't moved: you're healing, your body is holding onto anything it can thinking it's starving, your hormones are crazy, your body is in a bit of WTF mode... this too shall pass. Stick to your plan, DRINK YOUR WATER, and the scale will move again.
